Duncan Alexander | Vice President, Mercator |  | Duncan Alexander is Vice President of Mercator, the market-facing arm of Emirates Group Information Technology. Duncan is responsible for leading global sales and marketing, his remit includes ensuring Mercator's technologies support the effective and efficient passenger and cargo operations of more than 120 full service carriers and low cost airlines across the world. |  | With more than 20-years' experience in the international travel industry, Duncan has held senior management positions with category leading brands. Prior to joining Mercator, Duncan was Managing Director of Official Airline Guides (OAG) Data with OAG Worldwide, Chief Executive Officer of Aerospan, Vice President E-business at SITA and Director of Sales and Marketing Europe for Galileo International. Neetan Chopra | Vice President Strategy & Architecture, Emirates Group IT |  | Neetan Chopra joined the Emirates Group in 1995 and has been responsible for providing IT services and solutions to a wide variety of business units across Operations, Commercial & Planning, Destination and Leisure Management, Dnata Agencies and Group Services. |  | Neetan was appointed Vice President for IT Strategy and Architecture in November 2006. He is currently responsible for ensuring that work undertaken by IT follows a well defined architecture, internationally recognised quality processes and information security policies. He also looks after satisfying the IT needs of Emirates Group IT. |  | Before joining Emirates, Neetan worked as a management consultant with Accenture (then Andersen Consulting). He worked on a number of consulting assignments across various industries in areas such as strategic IT planning, methodology implementations, package and custom system implementations and IT organisation design. |  | Neetan was born in Delhi, India and holds Masters degrees in Computer Applications (MCA) and Business Administration (MBA).

Fayyaz Alam | Vice President Production, Emirates Group IT |  | Fayyaz Alam manages the IT Infrastructure for the Emirates Group, which includes the data centres, servers, networks and end user devices. Fayyaz and his team are responsible for provision of a cost effective, fit for purpose, scalable, stable and secure IT infrastructure which caters to the current and future needs of the Emirates Group. |  | Prior to this role Fayyaz managed the IT strategy and business solution development for Engineering, Flight Operations, Service Delivery and Network Operations. In previous roles with Emirates Group, Fayyaz headed IT for Commercial, Planning and Revenue Accounting functions and has been with the Emirates Group since November 1991. Before joining Emirates Group, Fayyaz worked as a systems analyst and developer for National Computers in Pakistan.
