Roster Operational System (ROS)
This module allows various airline departments/sections to create different shifts and shift patterns, and associate them to employees within their section. The diverse needs of key areas such as airport operations, cargo, crew schedules, deck schedules and ground staffs are all supported. ROS has also been designed with outstations in mind.

Screens are user friendly and follow the same design as those of Oracle Applications. Therefore the very minimum levels of training are required.

Time Exception Reporting (TER)
This module fully integrates with the Roster Operational System to establish the planned roster and then capture the exceptions (such as absence, flight pay, productivity pay etc.). The necessary data is passed onto Oracle Payroll for appropriate computation.

The TER system has been designed to fully cater for the needs of global outstations. Screens are user friendly and follow the same design as those of Oracle Applications. Therefore the very minimum levels of training are required.

Travel Related Administration for Contractual Eligibility (TRACE)
This module records all concessional and contractual travel-related entitlements for airline employees. Eligibility with regards to annual tickets, educational, service-related concessional tickets can be maintained using TRACE. Ticket usage is fully monitored, and a wide range of reports is available.

HR administration and Staff Travel department personnel primarily use the TRACE system. It integrates easily with Oracle HRMS and Mercator's TRIPS system.

Travel Request Input and Processing System (TRIPS)
This module allows every employee to request concessional and duty travel tickets through their computer terminal, automating the approval workflow, fulfilment and expense claims processes. The system is easily integrated to Oracle HRMS.

Employees are given full control of their travel needs all from their desktop. Ticket requests, both subload and firm tickets can be requested for duty travel and personal travel. Listing on flights can be made, and ZED fares requested. IATA letters can also be requested.

Flight predictions for individual flights can be accessed, with employees given a percentage chance of their getting on the flight, in the case of subload tickets.

The employee inputs duty travel expense claims into TRIPS, with appropriate approval process being automatically followed by the system.

TRIPS streamlines processes and drastically increases the efficiency of HR and Staff Travel departments, whilst employees are offered the highest levels of convenience - all from their desktops.

Human Resources Letter Modules (HLM)
This module automates and streamlines the process of HR-related letter generation, and is used primarily by HR administration personnel, visa services departments, and HR services.

All types of letters can be generated, such as salary letters and bank guarantees, for all employees. Super users can maintain letter templates, and signatories can be defined depending on the type of letter. The dynamic content of the letters, eg employee details, can be populated automatically from Oracle HRMS.

HRReview - Performance Appraisal System
HRReview is an interactive, competency based performance appraisal system. For each employee, it allows the definition of job responsibilities and accountabilities. Managers can set objectives and required competencies for their staff, and then rate each during interim and annual reviews. Development and training plans can be defined and employee and manager comments logged.

HRReview makes the whole process of employee performance appraisal more streamlined and efficient. Employees are given easy visibility of their responsibilities, objectives and required competencies, and managers can easily keep track of the whole appraisal process.

HR departments also benefit with administration being dramatically reduced through HRReview's high level of automation. The system is intuitive and user friendly, with minimal training required.

HRDirect - Human Resources Information System
HRDirect gives employees and managers full access to HR information, all from the convenience of their desktops. The system displays leave records and balances, sick leave details, educational/medical entitlements and claims, training records, high level payroll and banking data, and complete organisational charts for the whole organisation.

Managers and employees have much better visibility of HR information. Administrative enquiries to HR departments are drastically reduced, with HR operations becoming more efficient and cost effective as a result.
