Fare Quotation
IBE uses the Worldspan pricing engine for fare quotation. This supports the following fare quotation options for all classes and passenger types:
 | Lowest Available Fare (user selects flights from availability results and IBE quotes the lowest available fare for the selected itinerary) | | Best Price (multiple low fare options for specific dates) | | Calendar Display (7x7 day calendar grid showing lowest available fare for 49 outbound & inbound date combinations) | | Interline pricing (lowest available fare). | | Pricing is available in multiple currencies. By default, IBE quotes the fare in the currency defined for the point of sale. |
Delivery Options
 | IBE supports E-ticketing (online) | | Paper ticketing (offline) | | E-tickets are fulfilled instantly online | | For each delivery option it is possible to configure minimum and maximum time before departure, queue city/number, PNR remark etc. | | IBE captures passenger address details, plus email address and telephone number. |

Frequent Flyer Integration with IBE (Optional)
The CRIS (Mercator's Customer Relationship Information System solution) frequent flier integration on IBE will be supported as follows:
